Responsibilities- Creation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial models and reports of hotel assets
- Strategic positioning and operational performance reviews
- Review and assessment of hotel profitability and benchmarking against market norms
- Preparation of analysis for yearly budget negotiations with hotel operators
- Preparation of market commentaries
- Preparation of Asset Management presentations and proposals
- Working closely with all stakeholders of hotel assets whilst acting in best interest of the hotel ownership
- Working both independently and as part of a team depending on the project scale
- Working seamlessly with the wider JLL EMEA team across business lines
- Assists the Asset Management EMEA team in the development of new business opportunities
- Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills facilitating key client and stakeholder management
- Collegial and team-oriented profile that is eager to learn and develop
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment that requires ability to manage priorities and projects
- Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook knowledge required
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in hospitality / business management is required from major hotel management school / university
- Previous experience in hotel asset management, investments, finance or revenue management is essential
- Hotels / hospitality sector experience is required and advanced understanding of hotel operations is also required
- International work or study experience is essential
The Associate Asset Management EMEA will report directly to Senior Vice President, Asset Management EMEA, JLL Hotels and Hospitality Group.
Location:On-site – London, GBR
