Account Analytics Lead - Ideally commutable to either Derby or East London. The Account Analytics Lead will be responsible for the on account analytics team. Accountabilities will include delivering operational accountability across the analysts and developers and is typically accountable for budget and policy recommendations and medium-term planning. The role will partner with both account management leadership as well as JLLT Analytics Services leadership to drive a step change in how we deliver insights and performance improvements as well as our client directly.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • The role will be accountable to ensure that the Account’s analytics team has the tools, methodology and architecture environment to be successful and will ensure that best practices are adhered to.
  • Key elements will include delivery of the day-to-day performance management requirements within the account and exploring solutions for the account’s data needs and problems.
  • The role defines the business questions which need to be answered to effectively deliver operational improvements, whilst endeavouring to create new data-driven approaches for the purpose of generating business and operations insights through data analytics and information visualisation across a global real estate portfolio including: facilities management and building operations, energy management, leasing, project management and real estate portfolio planning.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relationship and programme management skills and can move quickly from vision to strategy. Furthermore, as we drive to more efficient operations, the role will partner with the account leadership to quantify and deliver financial improvements.

Major responsibilities:

  • Provide relationship management and advisory support to our client and account leadership team by driving best practices, help solution from problem statements, discover value from data and articulate these back to the leadership team.
  • Have commercial experience, understand how our business works and the ability to identify opportunities to reduce our cost and increase productivity across the account and for our client.
  • Provide optimisation opportunities across the account discovered from sharing best practices and collaboration across regions.
  • Lead the operational BI engagement programme to support the achievement of the client goals.
  • Devise and promote creative data visualisation to derive actionable intelligence.
  • Lead problem solving teams to develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviours and techniques.
  • Translate client business objectives into an information management and business intelligence strategy, which is integrated and consistent at the account management level.
  • Deep understanding of contract key performance indicators and reporting requirements and client expectations.
  • Financial modelling, analysis and compilation of quantitative data.
  • Promote success powerfully, such that our client recognizes the value of your work.
  • Develop standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all data related processes and analyses.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across account, with a highly commercial mind-set, strong financial acumen in addition to excellent communication skills.

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience of BI, business or data analyst required ideally in an enterprise environment across multiple application systems and business functions.
  • Demonstrated successes in data analysis, drawing conclusions and improvement.
  • Advanced Diploma, Degree or equivalent in technology, business technology, project management or a professional degree with focus on project management / technology is essential.
  • Business analysis, consulting/advisory and/or project or client management experience will be a strong plus.
  • Ability to interpret and tell the story behind the data.
  • Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner in English.
  • Able to work with diverse stakeholders - business, IT, and clients.
  • Good trouble-shooting skills, able to use Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Process-oriented with a good grasp of requirements elicitation, project management, and technical delivery/development processes.
  • Working knowledge of BI tools (Tableau preferred), querying databases (SQL), and ETL tools (Alteryx preferred).
  • Knowledge of the Corporate Real Estate industry or any multi-services industry advantageous.
  • PMP or PSM certification advantageous.
  • Azure Agile DevOps experience advantageous.
  • Agile experience advantageous.
