We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our South/East based Residential Office.

What this job involves

Hitting monthly/annual targets and KPIs

Meeting and registering new applicants

Accompany viewings with prospective tenants

Negotiate offers received

Co-ordinating with tenancy managers to ensure move in paperwork goes smoothly

Maintain regular contact with landlords and applicants

Develop relationships and work closely with clients to develop future business opportunities

Sound like you? To apply you need to be/have:

  • Experience of residential Lettings
  • Proven track record of successful lettings or of delivering high quality customer service.
  • The ability to develop strong client relationships will be essential
  • The ability to learn to accurately value properties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use your experience and qualifications.
  • A high degree of integrity and someone who has valued reputation with in the market place
