  • MRICS qualification (essential) and at least 3+ years’ PQE if applying for Associate level.
  • RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Solid experience in valuing residential property assets using the comparison, residual, investment capitalisation and DCF approaches.
  • Fluent user of MS Excel, including data analysis and experience of or a desire to build upon a solid understanding of financial modelling.
  • Comfortable creating and working with Excel cashflows and Argus Developer.
  • Excellent written English, with the ability to produce high quality, accurate reports in MS Word with good attention to detail.
  • Experience of successfully building and sustaining client relationships and instructions, including being able to explain and justify the approach and assumptions adopted to directors and clients.
  • Experience in coaching junior colleagues, and supervising their work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Good understanding of the valuation instruction process, contract management, and forecasting.
  • Strong work ethic, with a demonstrable commitment to client service.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Team player mentality essential.
  • Driving licence.
