Technician specializing in life science environments, you will serve as a key technical resource within our Facility Management team. This role combines hands-on technical with coordination responsibilities to ensure:

Required Qualifications
- Technical Requirements
- Completed technical education/training in relevant discipline.
- Extensive experience in industrial Facility Management, preferably in manufacturing or life science environments.
- Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated logistics experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general building maintenance and repair techniques.
Experience & Skills
- Project experience in maintenance and infrastructure initiatives preferred.
- Independent, reliable work approach with ability to handle varied responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick learning capacity.
Personal Attributes
- Proactive, hands-on mentality with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- SAP experience highly desirable.
