The IFM Program Manager – Food Services EMEA is responsible for implementing and maintaining food service standards and programs across the EMEA portfolio. This role focuses on the tactical execution of food service initiatives, managing operational data, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring consistent service delivery standards. The position plays a key role in driving performance improvements, maintaining program governance, and supporting the broader food services transformation agenda.

- Program Implementation & Standards
- Execute standardized operating procedures across food service locations
- Implement MVE requirements in all food service venues
- Support new venue openings and service launches
- Maintain food safety and quality control programs
- Coordinate service improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain program documentation
- Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs
- Track and report on CSAT/WES metrics
- Create regular performance dashboards
- Manage vendor performance tracking
- Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews

- Support RFP processes for food services
- Assist in vendor selection and onboarding
