Senior Director, Head of Programme Management Office (PMO) – UK & Ireland
Role
The role involves leading and taking full responsibility for the UK & Ireland Project & Development Services PMO business line, reporting to the Head of PDS & Tétris UK & Ireland. The successful candidate will focus on integrating PDS PMO and Regional PMO teams, enhancing capabilities, and expanding revenues with JLL’s key clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader to grow PDS and strengthen JLL’s client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Collaborate with the Head of PDS & Tétris UK & Ireland and stakeholders to set and deliver the business plan. Act as a representative and ambassador for the team internally and externally.
- Financial: Manage the financial performance of the UK & Ireland PMO team, including budgets, productivity, billing, and debt collection.
- Growth: Develop growth strategies with key stakeholders, engage with other service lines, and identify opportunities within JLL accounts.
- Clients: Ensure all key accounts have designated owners and are connected with the JLL Account Lead.
- Delivery: Lead client project delivery when needed, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation, and adopting new technologies to improve service and efficiencies.
- People & Culture: Promote inclusivity and a unified team culture, fostering pride and belonging.
- Resourcing & Recruitment: Oversee resource management, identify capability gaps, and collaborate with recruitment to attract top talent.
- Business Development: Build and manage relationships with key clients, support cross-selling, lead pursuit opportunities, maintain pipeline data accuracy, attend industry events, and assist marketing efforts.

- Experience in planning and delivering business strategies.
- Recognition as a leader in the PMO market, internally and externally.
- Track record of building effective teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data, solve problems, and propose solutions.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, non-routine environment.
