Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To answer and log incoming calls and requests from internal and external customers
  • Coordination of engineer resources and labour in conjunction with other team members and Service Manager
  • To order parts and raise purchase orders for subcontractor labour where required
  • To initiate first stage internal and customer escalation processes
  • Take on projects as and when required and see them through to successful completion
  • To prioritise customer contracts / outstanding calls and despatch engineers
  • To identify cost saving initiatives
  • Where possible - to assist others with tasks that may be outside of the scope of your role
  • Ensure that all relevant company and legislative policies and best practices are adhered to and maintained at all times
  • Effective and efficient WIP management of all call types from creation through to invoice completion and job closure
  • To comply with Integral’s environmental policies and putting forward new ideas for improving environmental efficiencies
  • Adhere to H&S procedures with due regard for business constraints and efficiency
  • Generating quotes for customers
  • Updating, uploading and checking of the clients’ online systems & KPI reports
  • Provide holiday cover for other administration roles
  • To record and control cylinder rentals
  • To provide day to day support to the Administration Supervisor in call management, call handling, and general administration of the service contracts in line with customer and Integral KPI’s

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Electronic ERP system usage
  • Delivering service to team of mobile engineers
  • Raising Purchase Orders & Client Invoices
  • Administration operational experience in mobile engineering discipline
  • Client liaison for booking in works and requesting order coverage
