What you'll be doing
- Leading your team: You'll oversee a team of gas engineers and technicians across multiple London sites, providing technical mentorship, conducting safety briefings, and driving excellence in everything from diagnostics to customer service.
- Technical excellence: Hands-on advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and installations on commercial heating systems, boilers, and plant room equipment.
- Stakeholder management: Building strong relationships with clients, building managers, and specialist contractors.
- Emergency leadership: Taking control when it matters most. Leading rapid response teams during emergency gas situations.
- Auditing and improvement: Conducting technical audits, investigating incidents, and implementing lessons learned.
What we need from you
- Essential qualifications: Gas Safe registered with full commercial and domestic tickets. Minimum 5 years' commercial gas engineering experience.
- Technical expertise: Deep knowledge of commercial plant rooms, boilers, and heating systems.
