An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Data Administrator to join the team at Brent Cross, London’s iconic shopping destination. As the UK’s first standalone shopping mall, Brent Cross has been a cornerstone of North London’s retail landscape since 1976, continually evolving to offer a vibrant mix of high-street and luxury brands, diverse dining options, and engaging entertainment.
About the Role:
JLL has an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Data Administrator at our London location at Brent Cross Shopping Centre. As a Finance & Data Administrator, you will help to drive our asset management strategy and ensure our site remains a desirable, vibrant and safe environment for occupiers to trade in and customers to shop and visit in. You will provide administration support to the Destination, including financial management, business and systems management, and statistical information. The role will also support the management team with the effective operation of the Destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance & Data Manager, in the delivery, accountability and responsibility for data and finance within the Destination.
- Service charge management and reporting including processing of purchase orders, invoices, budgeting, expenditure, and reconciliation.
- Participate actively in the Management Team, shaping our strategic vision.
- To complete administrative functions to support our Health & Safety compliance in order to enhance safety standards.
- Data system management and administration for footfall, H&S and environmental data. Providing the wider management team with accurate reporting to specific deadlines.
- Any other relevant duties deemed necessary by the company.
What You’ll Need:
- 3 years’ experience of Administration.
- AAT or A Level standard; a third-level qualification is desirable.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
- Innovative mindset with good analytical skills.
- Team player with effective communication capabilities.
- Engage with a dynamic, supportive team focused on excellence.
