You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate preventive programs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and manage budgets is essential.
A CMMS proficiency and a relevant degree or equivalent experience are required; certifications such as CFM/FMA are a plus.
