- As a Fabric Engineer at JLL, you will play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way on our clients Rolls-Royce site.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the structural integrity and appearance of buildings, ensuring they meet UK safety standards and remain in optimal condition.

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Conduct regular inspections of building exteriors and interiors to identify maintenance needs in line with UK regulations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for building fabric elements.
- Manage repair and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with UK building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and improve property performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on building conditions and recommend appropriate actions, adhering to UK industry standards.
- Oversee contractors and vendors involved in building fabric maintenance and repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest building technologies and sustainable practices in the UK construction industry.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in building maintenance or facilities management in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of UK building materials, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and UK-specific building management software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
