This is a great opportunity to build your career within a newly established business line inside JLL's well-established regional office, working on a varied portfolio of projects alongside experienced colleagues.Reporting to the Midlands Regional Cost Management Lead, you'll deliver cost management services across a range of projects, drawing on strong technical support, leadership guidance, and access to industry-leading and AI-enhanced tools. You'll be based in one of the best offices in the Midlands, working alongside multi-disciplinary experts in a collaborative setting.**Key Responsibilities*** Prepare cost plans, tender documentation and project budgets from feasibility through to post-contract stages.* Support procurement activity across single-stage and two-stage tendering, under both traditional and Design
