We are recruiting a Community and Stakeholder Relationships Manager to join our team across a Life Science portfolio and predominantly based at two Science Parks in Cambridge. The individual will be the driving force in the creation and delivery of a new, bespoke community and customer experience & engagement programme for the occupiers, and local stakeholders.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work with a key player in the UK commercial property market, at the heart of the UK's science, technology and innovation cluster of Cambridge, as part of the strategically important Life Sciences sector.
Objective of Role
The purpose of the Community and Stakeholder Relationships Manager (CSRM) is to play a key role in the creation and delivery of a bespoke community and customer experience & engagement programme for the occupiers, and local stakeholders at Cambridge Research Park (CRP) and Vision Park (VP). The aim is to achieve greater occupier satisfaction and establish CRP and VP as the top Life Science, Tech and Innovation workplace within the Golden Triangle. The role will manage and promote exceptional amenity and wellness initiatives for the Park's occupiers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with Property Manager and RLAM Asset Manager, act as the lead contact and co-ordinator for communication and events, working closely with the CX team and the onsite and external Food & Beverage teams.
- Establishing regular meetings with the main occupier representatives to develop strong working relationships and support ongoing communications on operations and events.
- Working closely with the CX team and the AM to create and oversee an engaging and vibrant community/place making strategy targeted at connecting the customers within CRP.
- Assist with implementing the use of technology to manage efficiencies and support in the delivery of the community strategy, including associated apps.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
