As Communication Manager for Work Dynamics EMEA, you'll be at the heart of how we connect, inspire, and empower our teams across the region. This role is about embedding and evolving our communication model so that colleagues across all sub-business lines and functions can share successes, collaborate seamlessly, and stay fully connected to the initiatives and events that matter most. You'll support the delivery of our strategic communications plan—from Town Halls and Extended Leadership meetings to Monthly Relay packs, Quarterly Business Updates, and our annual Work Dynamics EMEA Awards. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way—for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees—and your work will ensure every voice is heard and every story is told. You'll also play a vital role supporting the Barclays Account, developing engaging communications channels and helping the leadership team showcase the value JLL brings to this important client relationship. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Embed and evolve the Work Dynamics EMEA communication model to enable collaboration and connection across all sub-business lines and functions.
- Support delivery of the Work Dynamics EMEA communications plan, including Town Halls, Extended Leadership meetings, Monthly Relay packs, Quarterly Business Update decks, and the Work Dynamics EMEA Awards.
- Help deliver JLL-wide communication goals by using centrally provided toolkits and writing articles for Connect to ensure messages reach Work Dynamics EMEA audiences effectively.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders from all Work Dynamics EMEA Service Lines, including board members, Communication Champions, and the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Global Communication Team.
- Work with communication colleagues and Communication Champions to maintain and optimise the rolling communication plan as an effective strategic planning tool.
- Promote and facilitate the use of Teams channels for leadership communications and amplify successes by sharing content more broadly across the organisation.
- Develop and implement measurement tools to assess communication effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements to the communication model.
- Partner with Extended Leadership Team members to make the Relay process engaging, consistent, and impactful.
- Develop and manage communications channels for the Barclays Account, including quarterly town halls, annual reports, and MS Teams sites, advising leadership on how to bring the best of JLL to the client.
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within a large, matrixed organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience managing multiple communication channels and projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, proactive approach to execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and cultures, supporting teams in different time zones.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate or professional services industry.
- Knowledge of communication measurement and analytics tools.
- Background supporting executive-level communications or large-scale events.
- Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and digital communication tools.
- Experience working on client-facing account communications.
