As a Cleaner Operative at JLL, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional environments where our client Rolls-Royce and their teams can thrive. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across commercial sites, ensuring spaces are welcoming, safe and conducive to productivity. Working as part of our collaborative facilities management team, you'll contribute to shaping a brighter way for everyone who enters these spaces daily.

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces across office spaces, common areas and restrooms.
- Empty waste bins, replace liners, ensure proper waste disposal, recycling procedures are followed.
- Clean and maintain restroom facilities, replenishing supplies ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns or equipment needs to supervisory staff promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols / safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with our facilities management team to minimise disruption during cleaning activities.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring tools are properly stored and maintained.
Required experience:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
Successful candidates will be required to complete enhanced security vetting before starting work on the Raynesway site. This is a mandatory requirement for all onsite personnel.
