The Senior Surveyor will work within JLL’s Central London Capital Markets team, focusing on west end offices, supporting directors in client service and transaction activities.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Company clients)
- Generation of buy‑side idea targets
- Financial analysis of opportunities
- Pre‑sale due diligence
- Pre‑acquisition due diligence
- Preparation of market reports
- Property inspections and interaction with clients
Qualifications
- RICS certification with a minimum of 1 year post‑qualification experience
- Highly numerate with strong report‑writing skills
- Strong team player with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise work commitments
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ideally knowledge of the London office sector and/or capital markets experience
