Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Partner with the EMEA regional IPS community to support prospecting & expanding occupier client relationships, increase product sales, and demonstrate competitive advantage.
- Work in close collaboration with the EMEA Regional Leasing Advisory, Tenant Rep Leads and other occupier services as appropriate, JLLT, Sales Enablement and the REMS businesses, to become a partner to support new business generation and develop key account managers and be the go-to expert for best‑in‑class IPS solutions.
- Develop strategic target marketing plans for new business intelligence & prospecting pipeline development.
- Support brokers worldwide with broker‑to‑broker relationship development including facilitating direct broker to broker connection and coordinating overseas “trade missions”.
- Maintain momentum with iDesk initiatives that require the support of regional/markets leads IPS Platform.
- Ensure identified country champions & solutions development teams know what JLL products/services can solve broader customer problems.
- Support the development of a regional IPS Centre of Excellence, including training and development initiatives, sales pipeline development, solutions development, pitch support and accounts oversight.
Job Requirements
- Relevant & demonstrable industry experience.
- Proven capabilities in developing and selling real estate solutions for real estate occupiers.
- Extensive experience strategising, evaluating, and executing complex real estate transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders in a complex matrixed environment.
- Significant experience or demonstrated capability in leading shared and dedicated teams in complex and dynamic environments.
- Strong expertise and understanding of corporate real estate.
- Executive presence and comfort addressing teammates and clients at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong business acumen with a sales mindset – driven towards winning with high energy and a strong work ethic.
