Director – Workplace Consulting

We’re looking for a Director to join our Workplace Consulting team.

In this role, you’ll lead clients through change—working alongside them to understand their challenges, shape practical solutions, and support them through transitions that affect their people, workplaces, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients through change and transformation programmes, helping them understand what needs to change and to make transitions as smooth as possible.
  • Build proposals that clearly articulate how we can add value and meet our clients’ needs.
  • Lead and manage projects end‑to‑end—holding plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications together with confidence and care.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a consistent and credible point of contact throughout the work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across JLL to bring broader expertise and integrated thinking to client challenges.
  • Contribute to the team’s growth—supporting proposals, developing our approaches, and sharing your perspective on how we can do our work better.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience leading or managing change—helping organisations, senior leaders, and their people navigate transitions effectively.
  • Confidence managing projects, keeping things on track, and communicating clearly with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—build trust quickly, listen well, and adapt communication to different audiences.
