We’re looking for an Associate Director to join our Workplace Consulting team. In this role you’ll help clients navigate change— working alongside them to understand their challenges, shape practical solutions, and support them through transitions that affect their people, their workplaces, and how their organisations operate. This is a varied, client‑facing role with real ownership. You’ll lead projects, build relationships, and bring structured thinking to complex problems— all within a collaborative and supportive team.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients through change programmes, helping them bring their people with them and make transitions as smooth as possible.
- Lead and manage projects end‑to‑end— holding plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications together with confidence and care.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a consistent and credible point of contact throughout the work.
- Collaborate with colleagues across JLL to bring broader expertise and integrated thinking to client challenges.
- Contribute to the team's growth— supporting proposals, developing our approaches, and sharing your perspective on how we can do our work better.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading or managing change— helping organisations and their people navigate transitions effectively.
- Confidence managing projects, keeping things on track, and communicating clearly with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills— you build trust quickly, listen well, and can adapt how you communicate to different audiences.
- Curiosity about the broader business challenges organisations face, including how their workplaces and real‑estate portfolios support their strategy.
- A desire to keep growing— taking on new challenges, broadening your expertise, and contributing to a team that’s always developing its offer.
We welcome applications from people at different stages of their career and from all backgrounds. If you don’t meet every point above but feel strongly that this role is right for you, please still get in touch.
