  • Building project teams where different perspectives aren’t just welcomed - they’re essential
  • Working directly with senior client executives to develop transformation strategies and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Developing relationships built on truly listening to our clients' needs
  • Really getting underneath the skin of CRE organizations and challenging thinking to shape a brighter way of working

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in:

(Don’t worry if you don’t check every box - we’re more interested in how you think than what’s on your CV)

What you’ll bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Management Consulting, or Organizational Design
  • Strong understanding of corporate real estate functions and industry trends
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience managing resources, budgets and delivering projects to key milestones
  • Qualification in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and commitment to continuous learning

Why we love working here:

Every client is different. Every project brings new challenges. And every CRE solution you develop has the potential to transform how businesses operate and create measurable value. You’ll achieve a minimum 70% chargeability while working with an eclectic team of people who actually care about getting it right. Plus, you’ll have opportunities to support business development activities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our UK Consulting practice across EMEA.
