Ensuring that our asset portfolio meets the required Statutory and Performance requirements. These assets include the following: Chiller plants, HVAC installations, and building services infrastructure. Ensuring that our portfolio is monitored and maintained to meet our 24/7 emergency response requirements. This role offers career progression opportunities within JLL's global organization and a variety of multi-site technical support.What your day-to-day will look like: Execute planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on multiple assets, including:chiller plants, air handling units, and HVAC systems.Conduct systematic inspections, fault diagnosis, and remedial actions to maintain optimal performanceMaintain comprehensive documentation using Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms per statutory requirementsParticipate in 24/7 emergency callout Rota for critical building services failuresCoordinate with contractors, occupants, and clients to minimize operational disruptionProvide technical support across multiple company locationsPerform basic electrical maintenance including luminaire replacement and safe isolation proceduresEnsuring that the Contract SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved in a timely manner.Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Advanced Craft, BTEC National Diploma, or equivalent in mechanical engineeringMinimum 3 years' experience in building services maintenance within commercial properties • Advanced mechanical engineering knowledge, particularly refrigeration and air conditioning systemsElectrical awareness for three-phase systems and safe isolation proceduresProficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Full UK driving license without business-restricting endorsementsAvailability for out-of-hours emergency callout participationExperience in liaising and overseeing Sub-Contractors.Knowledge of working Performance based Contracts.Preferred Qualifications: F-Gas Category 1 certification for refrigerant handlingHealth and safety qualifications (IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate)Manufacturer-specific training certifications for chiller systems or HVAC equipmentExperience with CMMS and BMS platformsMulti-site technical support experienceAbility to interpret technical drawings and maintenance schedulesWhat We Offer: Structured Career progression opportunities within JLL's global organizationWork related training programs25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pensionOngoing technical training programsTools, equipment, and PPE providedCallout retainer allowance and overtime remunerationIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
