You will own end-to-end service delivery, oversee cleaning and engineering teams, and manage client relationships while aligning with safety, sustainability, and financial targets.
You will report to the Account Director and drive continuous improvement, ensuring a seamless campus experience and coordination across stakeholder groups, including external partners.
