Shape the Future of Facilities Management
Are you a strategic FM professional ready to lead a prestigious client portfolio? JLL is seeking an accomplished Account Manager to oversee facilities operations across multiple contracts — a role where client excellence, operational innovation, and commercial insight converge.
Your Impact
As the trusted advisor and operational leader, you'll be the driving force behind seamless facilities services that enable our operations to thrive. You'll manage comprehensive FM delivery across multiple locations while building influential relationships with stakeholders from site level to the executive suite.
What You'll Do
- Lead Strategic Client Partnerships: Be the single point of contact your clients rely on. You'll cultivate strong relationships at every organisational level, conduct quarterly business reviews, and align facilities strategy with broader business objectives. Your ability to understand client needs and deliver proactive solutions will set you apart.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Orchestrate end-to-end facilities services including M&E maintenance, cleaning, and pest control. You'll ensure every service exceeds KPIs and SLAs while championing continuous improvement. Coordinate specialist providers and subcontractors to deliver flawless operations across all hub locations.
- Build and Develop Your Team: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing facilities team. You'll recruit talent, provide coaching and development opportunities, conduct performance reviews, and create clear career pathways. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning that empowers your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Manage Financial Performance: Take ownership of contract budgets, cost centres, and financial reporting. You'll prepare insightful monthly reports, manage variances strategically, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising service quality. Handle purchase orders, invoice approvals, and ensure accurate cost allocation across your portfolio.
- Ensure Compliance and Mitigate Risk: Navigate the complexities of banking industry regulations, health and safety requirements, and corporate policies with confidence. Lead risk assessments, audit preparations, and compliance reporting while maintaining appropriate documentation and clearances.
- Innovate and Improve: Leverage technology, streamline processes, and implement best practices that elevate service delivery. Manage the CAFM system, maintain accurate asset registers, and lead incident response and business continuity planning for critical banking operations.
What You'll Bring
Experience That Counts: You will need to be technically qualified and be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar management position and be able to show extensive understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and building automation systems (BMS).
Skills That Shine: You're a relationship builder with proven experience managing C-level stakeholders. Your financial acumen includes budget management and P&L responsibility. You excel at project management across multiple service streams and possess solid technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities technologies. Above all, you understand banking operations and regulatory landscapes. You're also an inspiring people leader who knows how to build, develop, and motivate teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
