AI Solutions Associate - Junior–Mid Level

Research Innovation is a specialist research and development team embedded within JLL Research and Strategy. We are responsible for developing new applications, tools and workflows that transform both how our 500+ researchers produce high-quality, data-rich insights; as well as how these insights are consumed by our business and clients.

We're looking for an AI Solutions Associate who combines technical skill with creative problem-solving. This role is suited to someone who can inspire our colleagues and teams about the 'art of the possible' with our technology and data, and support them in adopting and integrating our platform capabilities into their own products and services. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative, business-facing role for someone who enjoys creating, building, designing and demoing, along with writing production quality code.

Responsibilities:

  • Build compelling demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept that showcase what our solutions can do.
  • Approach business and organisational problems inventively, finding novel ways to apply our solutions to use cases teams haven't yet imagined.
  • Work directly with product and engineering teams across the business to integrate our solutions into their applications.
  • Provide hands-on integration support, including sample code, libraries, documentation, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance.
  • Adapt solutions creatively to fit varied technical environments and constraints, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Present demos and walkthroughs that bring ideas to life for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns, starter kits, and examples that make adoption easier.
  • Work directly with users and partner teams to support them in leveraging our services and tools.
  • Gather feedback from integrating teams and feed it back to shape our roadmap and priorities.
  • Stay current with AI and web technologies, and actively experiment with new tools to keep demos and guidance fresh.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years' experience in software engineering, AI Solutions Associateing, or a similar hands-on technical role.
  • Solid foundation in web development (JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, modern frameworks).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development – LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or basic RAG concepts.
  • A demonstrated flair for creative problem-solving - professional experience, side projects, or examples of unconventional solutions all count.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and make ideas tangible for varied audiences.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset. You're passionate about seeing other teams succeed.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects at once.
  • (Optional) experience with demos, developer relations, pre-sales engineering, or creative technology work.
