Possess an excellent eye for detail and a natural creative flair. Strong problem-solving, communication and time-management skills. Ability to offer technical and creative solutions throughout all stages of a project. Team player with a good sense of humour. Able to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain consistent high standards. Ability to take responsibility for own projects and manage time effectively under tight deadlines. Build and maintain relationships with other internal departments. Hybrid work policy: Two days per week mandatory attendance in the studio. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years Retouching in an agency environment. Proven experience retouching product, food and people at a very high level. An excellent understanding of how lighting works from a photographic standpoint. Outstanding colour correction skills, confident in both RGB and CMYK. Ability to manipulate existing imagery and comp from multiple sources. Strong skills in Illustrator. Ability to understand packaging cutter guides. Art direction experience. Ability to advise on lighting and/or specific shot requirements for post production image manipulation. DCS experience. Candidates that reach 2nd stage of the interview process will be required to complete two tests. We offer comprehensive benefits for all of our permanent staff at Jones Knowles Ritchie.
