We are seeking a highly organised Legal Project Coordinator to support a large-scale international legal project.
This role will focus on invoice management, stakeholder coordination, reporting and financial administration across multiple jurisdictions. It would suit a Paralegal, Legal Operations professional, Billing Coordinator or Project Coordinator looking to work on a complex, fast-paced legal programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing invoice workflows and submissions
- Reviewing invoices against billing guidelines
- Monitoring approvals and payment processes
- Liaising with external counsel and internal finance teams
- Handling invoice queries, amendments and resubmissions
- Maintaining trackers and status reports
- Supporting accrual and financial reporting
- Escalating risks, discrepancies and delays as required
Requirements:
- Experience in legal operations, project coordination, billing, finance administration or paralegal work
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience managing high-volume workflows
Desirable:
- E-billing platform experience
- Law firm or in-house legal experience
- Experience supporting international projects
