Overview
Our client, a major organisation delivering one of the UK’s most significant energy and infrastructure projects, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its London-based team. This hybrid role offers flexibility while contributing to a nationally important initiative supporting the UK’s energy transition and Net Zero objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice across construction, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and project agreements
