Our client, a leading global private investment firm, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their dynamic legal team on a temporary basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of critical legal and corporate governance tasks within a fast-paced, international in-house environment. There is potential for this role to grow and/or extend subject to the right candidate fit.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in areas such as fund management, regulatory compliance, and transactional support, gained either in a top-tier law firm or within an in-house legal department.
