Job Description We are seeking a highly organised Legal Project Coordinator to support a large-scale international legal project. /n This role will focus on invoice management, stakeholder coordination, reporting and financial administration across multiple jurisdictions. It would suit a Paralegal, Legal Operations professional, Billing Coordinator or Project Coordinator looking to work on a complex, fast-paced legal programme. /n Key responsibilities: /n /n - Managing invoice workflows and submissions /n - Reviewing invoices against billing guidelines /n - Monitoring approvals and payment processes /n - Liaising with external counsel and internal finance teams /n - Handling invoice queries, amendments and resubmissions /n - Maintaining trackers and status reports /n - Supporting accrual and financial reporting /n - Escalating risks, discrepancies and delays as required /n /n Requirements: /n /n - Experience in legal operations, project coordination, billing, finance administration or paralegal work /n - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills /n - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills /n - Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills /n - Experience managing high-volume workflows /n /n Desirable: /n /n - E-billing platform experience /n - Law firm or in-house legal experience /n - Experience supporting international projects /n
