As Technical Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Growth & Engagement: Proactively manage and grow existing Medi-Clear customer relationships to achieve annual sales targets while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Market Expansion & Strategy: Research and analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and potential regions of interest to drive strategic sales initiatives.
- Technical Sales & Support: Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide expert technical support to customers, ensuring solutions align with their needs and expectations.
- Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead monthly sales forecasting, monitor performance against expectations, and contribute to annual sales budgeting and projections.
- Pricing & Quotation Management: Oversee customer pricing, generate accurate quotations, and implement pricing adjustments to maintain profitability and market competitiveness.
- Trade Show & Industry Representation: Represent Medi-Clear at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to strengthen industry presence and build new partnerships.
- Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to determine stockholding, delivery agreements, product development priorities, and quality standards.
If you’ve got:

- Experience in the printing industry is considered an asset.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with high credibility and trustworthiness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally SAGE 200.
