We are currently seeking a Level 3 Qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team, covering commercial properties across London Zones 1 & 2. This is a foot mobile role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across multiple sites in a fast-paced city environment.
The Role
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on commercial electrical systems
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Lighting, power, emergency lighting and small works
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations and health & safety standards
- Building strong relationships with clients and tenants
- Accurate completion of paperwork and reporting
Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent) – Essential
- 18th Edition (preferred)
- Experience in commercial maintenance environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
