Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Foot Mobile)

The Role

Are you a London-based Electrical Engineer who prefers being on the move rather than being stuck in one plant room? We are looking for a Shift Electrical Engineer (Foot Mobile) to join our team, covering key commercial sites across Zones 1 and 2.

You’ll be the face of our technical service delivery, tackling planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. Since this is a foot-mobile role, you won’t be battling London traffic in a van—instead, your travel within Zones 1 & 2 is fully covered as part of your package.

What we need from you:

• Qualifications: You must be Level 3 Qualified (City & Guilds/NVQ) in Electrical Installations.
• Regulations: Valid 18th Edition is essential.
• Experience: A solid background in commercial building services maintenance (L8, AHUs, FCUs, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm testing).
• Mindset: You’re comfortable navigating London via public transport and are happy being client-facing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Fault-finding on electrical systems, lighting, and power distribution.
• Minor installations and remedial works.
• Ensuring all health and safety logs are up to date via digital tablets.
