Jones FM are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our growing team, covering sites across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served engineer looking for a mobile role with variety, responsibility, and the support of a well-established facilities maintenance company.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and industrial sites
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Undertaking general building services maintenance as required
- Completing work in line with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Accurately completing job reports and documentation via mobile device
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Essential Requirements
- Time-served Electrical Engineer / qualified to a recognised standard (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in building services or facilities maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience with HVAC, lighting, power distribution, or emergency lighting systems
- Previous mobile maintenance experience
