Jones FM is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Canary Wharf, overseeing a multi-building residential site in one of London’s most dynamic locations. This is a key role within our operations, where you’ll take ownership of the contract, manage a small on-site team, and ensure the smooth delivery of building maintenance services across the estate. You’ll be the main point of contact for the client, responsible for contract administration, compliance, performance management, and maintaining the high standards our residents and clients expect.
