- Leading on electrical fault finding, isolation, small works, and routine testing safely and efficiently.
- Acting as the face of the engineering team—building strong, professional relationships with building managers, tenant representatives, and external contractors.
- Escorting, overseeing, and approving work done by specialist sub-contractors on-site.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations, statutory standards, and site logbooks.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in commercial building services maintenance (M&E).
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) and 18th Edition BS7671 are highly desirable.
- Comfortable turning your hand to basic plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance alongside core electrical tasks.
