We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team based in Dartford, with occasional travel to London (travel within London covered as part of the package).

About the Role

This is a key administrative position supporting our operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery of services. You’ll play a vital role in keeping systems updated, supporting engineers and managers, and ensuring client requirements are met efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within Facilities Management
  • Experience supporting operational or maintenance teams

  • Raising and managing work orders
  • Raising quotes and purchase orders
  • Scheduling and coordinating engineers
  • Liaising with clients and subcontractors
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
