We are looking for a sharp, multi-skilled engineer to take ownership of a prestigious static site in Central London.
Operating standard day shifts ( Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm ), you’ll be the go-to technical mind on-site, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and general building systems run smoothly.
Because this is a single static site, you’ll work closely with the tenant and building management teams.
We need someone who is as skilled with client communication as they are with a multimeter.
What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across mechanical, electrical, and fabric systems.
Leading on electrical fault finding, isolation, small works, and routine testing safely and efficiently.
Acting as the face of the engineering team—building strong, professional relationships with building managers, tenant representatives, and external contractors.
Escorting, overseeing, and approving work done by specialist sub-contractors on-site.
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations, statutory standards, and site logbooks.
