Responsibilities
Development of detailed construction schedules for baseline agreement with client
Fully resource‐load schedules and track KPIs
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of construction schedule
Track planned versus actual EV progress and formulate required graphs and metrics for inclusion in the project report
Work with construction team members to capture and log any issues via the appropriate change control mechanisms
Attend site meetings (internal and client based)
Monitor original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes
Use Jones Engineering internal database project control system
Monitor fabrication workshops and site installation output
Track productivity of craft labour spent vs earned hours
Take lead in production/coordination in issuing weekly construction reports
Provide all relevant look‐ahead for the construction teams and clients where applicable
Skills and Requirements
Relevant 3rd level qualification
Minimum of 3–5 years post‐qualification experience (ideally in an M&E contracting environment)
Experience with Primavera P6 software
Site‐based role working on a standard working week basis or rotation basis
