Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Events Coordinator supports business development efforts of the European offices, with a primary focus on planning and execution of events. Events are primarily client-facing but may occasionally include internal events. The Events Coordinator drives the organization, coordination, and execution of events with the goal of expanding client relationships for the Firm. The Events Coordinator is expected to be both proactive and responsive to requests from global BD&C colleagues and lawyers in supporting these efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of law firm experience required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of the European offices, including their culture, strategic direction, practice mix, and primary industries in the local markets.
  • Ability to work closely and collaborate with lawyers and professional staff in the European offices and other global offices as needed.
