We are looking for a Senior Associate to join us at Jones Chase Employment Lawyers. This is a really exciting time for us as we are growing, so this role is ideal for someone who wants to take the role with both hands and make it their own!

- The role will be providing support to our clients on a full range of employment matters with autonomy.
- The role is full time and requires a minimum of 5-8 years PQE.
- The role is ÂŁ70-80k salary with two bonuses annually (ÂŁ90-100k OTE).
- 40 days holiday per annum.

Who you are
The role is suited to somebody who is already a senior associate with between 5 to 8 years PQE. Due to the seniority of this role, excellent academics with complementing experience from an established and reputable employment law practice are essential. We need someone who has a go-get attitude with the hunger to deliver excellent work for the firm’s growing client base, with a strong and consistent focus on integrity and treating people fairly. This role also will be ideal for someone who has a desire to develop their own brand and career, with support from the excellent team and to be an integral part of the next step of the firm’s successful journey!
