About the Role: Responsibility for contracts managing on projects from 5K – 600K Experience in pricing and producing quotes / tenders Close liaison with the clients and customers Adhering to and implementing site Health and Safety Writing and checking method statements and risk assessments Direct and sub-contractor management and resourcing Producing contract RAMs and CPPs as required About the Candidate: Experience in planned, refurbishment and development type contracts Must have excellent construction knowledge Must be self-motivated as well as a motivator Must have SMSTS, first aid and CSCS card Competent in risk assessments and method statements Compliant in H+S procedures and CDM Excellant communicator Excellent rates of pay Monday to Friday working pattern 28 days holiday (includes bank and public holidays) Annual Christmas shutdown Please submit your cv to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
