We require a Multi Skilled Operative with a Groundwork/bricklaying bias to assist in the day to day planned works for our Social Housing client. Operatives must be able to work on their own, use their initiative as well as within a team, must be able to deliver works to a good standard and be flexible with regarding travelling. Works will be in and around Hampshire / Berkshire, ideal skills would be:
- Ground works
- Fencing
- Multi Skilled Floor Layer
We require a Multi Skilled Operative with a Floor laying bias to assist in the day to day planned works for our Social Housing client. Operatives must be able to work on their own, use their initiative as well as within a team, must be able to deliver works to a good standard and be flexible with regarding travelling. Works will be in and around Hampshire / Berkshire, ideal skills would be:
- Vinyl / Carpet laying
- Wet room
- Cove up floor inc. welding
- Some carpentry – Over boarding floors
- Some plumbing – removal of WC’s and Basins
