We are looking for an organised, capable, and confident individual to join our organisation as an HR Administrator. This is a new role within a small, supportive team, where you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR tasks, fostering your professional growth and development.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to post job adverts.
  • Preparing new starter documentation and supporting with the delivery of employee inductions to aid the onboarding process.
  • Conducting and monitoring right-to-work and driving checks.
  • Assisting with incoming HR-related queries via phone and email, resolving or escalating cases as appropriate.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including drafting letters and updating employee relations trackers.
  • Arranging Occupational Health referrals and Health Surveillance appointments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Liaising with payroll to ensure all relevant absence information is processed accurately and on time.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or the desire to complete this qualification.
