Are you passionate about building resilient, sustainable infrastructure? Do you want to gain a degree while gaining real on the job experience in Civil Engineering? Are you ready to commit to a four-year degree apprenticeship programme? We are recruiting motivated individuals to join our team as Civil Engineering Degree Apprentices, an exciting opportunity to work, learn and grow your career in one of the UK’s most essential industries.
Our work is delivered through live civil engineering projects across the UK, giving apprentices valuable exposure to a wide range of sites and learning environments. As a Civil Engineering Degree Apprentice, you will:
- Support civil engineering tasks across design, construction and site-based activities.
- Learn industry-standard techniques for infrastructure planning and delivery.
- Work closely with experienced engineers to apply academic knowledge to real civil engineering projects.
- Attend university modules as part of your degree apprenticeship (Block Delivery).
What you will study:
Through the apprenticeship, you will work towards a BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering Degree, covering topics such as:
- Civil Engineering design, structural mechanics and geotechnics
- Water resource and flood risk management
- Project management and professional skills
- Work-based learning integrated with industry practice
Are enthusiastic about pursuing a civil engineering career. Enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving. Are ready to commit to a four-year degree apprenticeship programme.

- 48-72 UCAS tariff points from appropriate level 3 qualification such as A Levels, a BTEC National Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
