Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Apprentice Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team. This is a 3-year Level 3 Construction Plant Maintenance apprenticeship delivered with Reaseheath College on a block-release basis (3 × 3-week college periods per year), with accommodation paid for while at college. You will earn while you learn, working alongside experienced fitters on major UK civil engineering projects.
As well as assisting with servicing and repairing plant machinery, you will help diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, support breakdown repairs on site, complete maintenance records and follow company health & safety procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
- Interest in mechanics, engineering or construction
- Ideally 3 GCSE's, Grades A-C or the equivalent in Maths, English and/or Welsh
- Willingness to learn and work outdoors/on sites
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and the willingness to work away from home throughout the UK to support the growth of the business
