We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Class 2 Driver to operate a Concrete Mixer Truck. This role would suit someone with HGV experience who has a positive attitude, is willing to learn and is happy to be part of a hands-on team. Full training on Mixer Operations will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 Concrete Mixer Truck and deliver concrete to customer sites
- Discharge loads, wash out the mixer after each pour and ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well maintained
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and comply with all driving and safety regulations
- Support the wider team when required, including assisting with general duties on site
- Occasionally work away from home anywhere within the UK on a rota basis
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence and Driver CPC
- A minimum of 12 months HGV driving experience preferred (less experience may be considered)
- Willingness to work away from home when required
- Strong work ethic, team player and a good attitude
