The Role We are looking for an individual to join our team on a major UK construction project as a site-based Project Clerk of Works starting at the Havant Thicket Reservoir Project, Hampshire reporting directly to the Quality Manager & Project Manager. Working in a team, the successful candidate will support the management and delivery of the Havant Thicket Reservoir Project. You will be working within a flexible organisation where self-motivated and practical problem solvers will thrive. We will help you develop your knowledge and experience further, by providing plenty of exposure to a variety of matters in a supportive working environment. Key responsibilities include: Inspecting, Recording & Documenting Earthworks Processes for the purpose of Quality Assurance. Inspecting the workmanship and quality of delivered works. Recording the quality to a suitable level of detail in accordance with the specification, ITP and Quality Management System documentation Supporting the undertaking of testing on completed works liaising with site lab and Quality Manager to facilitate in-situ testing. Identify defects with works, confidence to stop the works and knowledge to get defect resolved quickly and effectively with support of the wider team where required.
