The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of key projects across Wales and the UK. The candidate is required predominantly for the following project types Onshore Wind Farms Grid Connection Projects Battery Storage schemes Overview This is a site-based role, with responsibility for overseeing projects from inception to completion while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Reporting to the Contracts Manager and Contract Director, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership and Team Management Oversee and coordinate Works Managers, Site Agents, Engineers, and other site staff. Develop a motivated, skilled, and efficient delivery team through mentoring and leadership. Provide clear direction and resolve issues to maintain progress and performance. Planning and Execution Input into and monitor project programmes to meet deadlines and budgets. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.
