Pay, Hours & Benefits for our Supervisor
£12.10 per hour.
Once you complete the required retail induction PaSS stages your pay will increase to £12.35 per hour.

Day to Day responsibilities as our Supervisor
- You will support the management team in the day to day running of the store and coaching and developing the team, driving the achievement of the KPI’s
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to compliment a customer’s needs
- Be self-aware, being able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the management team
- Maintaining general store standards & cleaness
- Support the maintenance of product placements and stockroom
